What can I get back?
You can request a refund for most of your purchases from vendors listed on Amazon. However, you can only return items that are clearly defined as “returned” to the product details page and/or in our policy and during the ‘restore window’ period. Please refer to Amazon.in Returns policy. to know which categories are “non-recoverable” and certain restoration windows of the categories that are eligible for restoration.
Items can be returned once you have received them in –
- Physical injury
- It has missing parts or accessories
- It has a defect
- It differs from its description on the product details page at Amazon. In
How to return items?
- Go to your orders. (verify that you have signed in before)
- Select the item you want to replace or replace.
- Select a reason from the menu and proceed.
- To receive orders from a seller, you need to contact the seller to begin refunding. To do so –
- Go to your orders.
- Select the item you want to replace or replace.
- Select Contact Dealer. You will be directed to the Merchant Message Assistant.
- Select the appropriate option and start a conversation.
- Go to Your Orders to start refunding.
Note: The above process only works if the product can be restored and the recovery window is still active.
If you need to contact a seller, this should be done by our return policy stated on Amazon.in Returns Policy. If the seller fails to process your query within three business days, an Amazon A-to-z Certificate is available to you.
What are the recovery guidelines?
Following is a recovery guide:
Your address and the item you wish to return should be eligible for return.
If the return is not eligible for Download, the restore option will be provided. For more information, please see our Take and Travel Guide.
If the refund is accepted, you will be provided, in accordance with Amazon. in refund policy, with your original payment method.
For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed on your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or Amazon account (such as Amazon Pay balance).

- How Can I Return the Gift?
- To start the refund, please visit the Gift Return option. Enter an order number.

For items that are eligible for a refund according to each return policy, you can also return the gift item in exchange for the Amazon Pay gift card, if the gift provider sent you a Gift Receipt. For guidance on returning a gift item using a gift receipt, please see Gift Receipts.
For certain items with a replacement policy only (Smartphones, TV, Refrigerators, Washing machines, Laptops, etc.), you may receive a replacement after confirming the issue.
How Do I Return a Gift Card?
Gift cards once purchased cannot be canceled or returned due to legal restrictions.

Can I Return the Product to the World Shop?
The Standard Return Policy applies to all Amazon Global Store Products. Qualified products can be returned by courier Pick-up or returned by yourself. We only offer Refunds for products costing more than Rs.25,000.

Can my order be changed?
It is only filled with Amazon items, key qualifying items, and a few merchant-filled items that can be changed.
If the item you ordered is in a damaged / defective condition or differs from its description on the product details page, or has missing parts or accessories, it will be eligible for a free replacement provided that the item is available with the same vendor.

How Long Does It Take to Restore?
When returning an item, you have the option to select your preferred method for a refund at the Online Return Center.
After the carrier has approved your item, it may take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We usually process the return within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivered the item to our Return Center. Once we have processed your refund, we refund the selected payment method. Quick returns
If you want to use your refund without waiting for us to process your refund, you can select an instant refund option, if available. Instant refunds are refunded to your credit card or issued as a balance to the Amazon.com gift card. You will still need to return your items within 30 days.
